Guest Judge Profile // Peter Verge
Our last (and certainly not least) Guest Judge for lipservice 2015 is Peter Verge! (Yes, he’s Bianca’s partner in crime on ShawTV’s Dream Homes)
Peter is the co-host of Dream Homes on Shaw TV where he tours luxury homes with homeowners, interior designers and real estate agents. Peter has also worked as a reporter and producer where he wrote and directed commercials and covered stories from around the lower mainland.
His hobbies include eating tacos, drinking beer and doing various activities in his garage. When he’s not working or doing activities he can be found spending time with his wife Angie, daughter Elise and dog Maggie.
Why lipservice?
Once I found out that this event existed and it was for a great cause I was very excited to get involved. I’m also hoping this can go toward some of my community service hours.
Nickname?
Everyone always just calls me by my full name, Peter Verge.
Where am I most like to be caught lip synching?
Even though I don’t have a good voice I usually like real singing but if you ever see my lip synching, it’s probably because I don’t know the real words.
If I could judge anyone in the world’s lip synching abilities, who would it be?
I’d like to judge Bert and Ernie of Sesame Street, mainly because they don’t have real lips and it would be fun to watch.
What’s the best YouTube video of all time?
Easy. The “I like turtles” zombie kid. 17 seconds of awesomeness.
